At Starpil Wax, we stand behind the quality of our professional waxing supplies and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our professional support team via email or our contact form with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
